You Slut! are a Derby/Nottingham (UK) instrumental math-rock experimental 4-piece, formed in 2004.

A 2005 6-track EP ‘Grit-Eyed and Greasy-Tailed’ was followed with the release of 8-track mini album ‘Critical Meat' in Japan (Xtal Records) in 2007 and the UK (Stressed-Sumo Recordswww.stressedsumorecords.co.uk) in 2008.

On-The-Spot Tina Turner Fine is taken from this record and was not released as a single. A live version was included as a Japan-only bonus track and other versions were recorded as live sessions and broadcast on BBC Radio 1 and Kerrang Radio in the UK (www.youtube.com/watch?v=z0hloVhkcI4).
The follow-up to Critical Meat, 'Medium Bastard' is currently (Winter 10/11) being recorded at the Snug Recording Company studios in Derby. Like the two previous releases, the new album is being produced by the band themselves.

The members of You Slut! also play in Amusement Parks on Fire, Pilgrim Fathers and Mascot Fight.
